Useful Tips

1.    The site is bigger than the screen and some parts overlap others

You may still be using a low resolution on your display.  Go to your

'Control Panel' and select 'Display'.  Under the 'Settings' tab you will find

'Screen Resolution'.  Please set it to 1024 x 768 pixels.  Then press 'Apply'

and OK.

2.    When I try to send an email I get an error message saying email

isn't installed.

The email system on your computer may not be the default mail client from

internet explorer or other reasons.  This may take a while to fix so in the interim,

right-click the email icon and then select 'properties' from the menu.  You can

read the email address you need from the window displayed.  Copy it and

paste into your standard email "To:" field when you start your email.

3.    When I move from screen to screen the computer gives a message

asking if you noticed the information bar.

Clear the message window then right-click the pale fawn bar at the top of the

screen and then allow blocked content.

4.    I can't get anything to happen when I try to use the contact buttons or

the send it buttons or other email links

You generally must started your email system before you use these buttons and

link facilities.  This website does not start your email facility up automatically

(obviously).  Note that being attached to the internet (which is how you can read

this) is not the same as having your email working.  An example is Outlook.  You

can use the internet without starting Outlook.  This website will call on your default

email system to send us the email (thanks for trying by the way) so if you have

outlook as the default but not started it the email cannot be created by this website.
